Purchases made at our Bozeman retail location can be returned or exchanged at our store within 60 days of the original date of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. All items must be new and have the original tags still attached.
At this time we cannot accept in store returns on items purchased from other retailers.
Items purchased on www.sitkagear.com that you would like to return or exchange can be dropped off at our Bozeman retail location. Please follow our online return protocol (here) - bring your items packaged and ready to ship, with the RA# written on the outside of the box.
