General Job Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service and experience to everyone walking through the door
Help customers find gear that supports their pursuit
Become a brand expert on all things SITKA
Assist in inventory procedures, allocation and replenishment, third party orders, shipping, receiving, cycle counting etc.
Work with the Visual Merchandiser to uphold merchandising standards to create an appealing in-store experience.
Maintain cleanliness of the store by sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms etc.
Complete all sales, returns and exchange transactions effectively and accurately
Assist with DEPOT events.

Provide an excellent checkout experience for all sales, returns and exchange transactions using POS
Assist with store events
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
At least 1 year of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
Ability to effectively and accurately complete POS transactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of outdoor gear preferred
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Must love outdoors, hunting knowledge preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Stand for the duration of the shift
Move and process shipments
Ability to lift 45 lbs
Operate general office equipment (phones, computers etc.)
