Own an Icon

Born from our shared passion for creativity and conservation, we’ve partnered with one of America’s oldest instrument makers, Martin Guitar, and three-time ACM Male Artist of the Year winner, Thomas Rhett. This Martin HD-28 is a one-of-one, never to be made again guitar that Thomas has played across the country on his 2022 summer tour. Now you can own it! Authentically Used

We are not the type of people to hang expensive tools above the fireplace, resigning them to a life of collecting dust. Neither is Thomas Rhett. He has played this custom Martin from coast to coast, marking its’ uniqueness with the scars of a songwriter’s life: belt buckle scratches, bonfire ashes, tequila and sweat.

Ecosystem Grants

We Seek to Learn

Together with partners from the University of Arkansas at Monticello, California Waterfowl, Five Oaks Ag Research & Education Center, Delta Waterfowl, Ducks Unlimited and other conservation organizations, the monies raised by the sale of this guitar will be used to encourage a national collaboration with on-going projects to establish a continent-wide study of Mallard ducks. Conducting this research across North America will provide critical insight into how our changing landscape is affecting habitat and migration patterns across all four major flyways and support on the ground stewardship efforts in every region. SITKA will match the winning bid up to $50,000 to further support these efforts.

From legends the likes of Hank Williams, Bob Dylan and Neil Young to our friend Thomas Rhett, history and harmony has been sung atop the strings of Martin guitars since 1833. The craftsmen and women at C.F. Martin in Nazareth, PA are dedicated to creating exceptional instruments to an exacting standard - something that we as product designers ourselves respect and appreciate a great deal.
